The Real Treasure
As a little children, I had been finding my joy in my collections of toys. Then as I grew up to a teenager, finding my joy in collections of comic books, game cards collection. Then in adulthood, joy in accumulation of wealth/possessions. At first glance, it seems much of joy to be able to accumulate all this things, but we didn't realised that we had became slaves to things that we are gathering. Take example of a young man, whom had committed to purchase a luxury car with a loan that he commits to pay for the next 10 years. He didn't just commit to pay the monthly commitment of the car loan amount, he also unknowingly commit his time/money to maintain the car to keep it clean, polished nicely, servicing and sometimes to repair it due to accidents or car parts worn out. As it turns out, this man had made himself a slave to this purchase of luxury car. We lived in a society that sometimes took pride in the things we possess, to impress other people of the belongings we had or...
